Two Lotto punters in Dublin and Limerick share €130k prize after narrowly missing out on €10m jackpot

Two lucky Lotto punters scooped a whopping €130,198 between them after narrowly missing out on the €10million jackpot.

The Dublin and Limerick players came very close to winning the incredible prize but missed out by just one digit in Wednesday's draw.

However, they will both pocket a cool €65,099 - not a bad consolation prize!

The winning Quick Pick tickets were sold at the Centra Store in the Bayside Shopping Centre in Sutton, Dublin 13 and at the Supervalu store at the Castletroy Shopping Centre on the outskirts of Limerick City.

The winning numbers for the Lotto draw were: 15, 18, 25, 29, 39, 40 and the bonus was 01.

Both winners matched five numbers and the bonus ball.

There was no winner of the jackpot which now roll over to an estimated staggering €10.5million this Saturday.

A National Lottery spokesperson has appealed to all players to check their tickets to ensure that they do not miss out on their prizes.
