Two Liverpool roads blocked off after two car smash

Two Liverpool roads were blocked off after a two car smash last night.

Pictures from an ECHO reader show the aftermath of the crash which happened on the busy junction of Queens Drive and Utting Avenue - police today confirmed.

A Seat Leon and Ford Cougar were involved in the crash just before 11pm.

The roads were blocked off.

Pictures show damage to both vehicles but today a police spokesman said nobody was injured in the Walton crash.

In the ECHO reader's photographs police can be seen clearing debris from the road. The Ford car can be seen being loaded into a recovery truck while the Seat clearly has damage at the front of the vehicle.
