JAMMU: Two persons including a woman were killed and as many were injured when a wall collapsed in Subhash Nagar locality of Jammu on Thursday.
The police said that based on initial reports, a wall collapsed this evening in Subhash Nagar area in which two persons have died.
Police said, in case of a ‘wall collapse’ at Subash Nagar, two persons namely Sukrita (18) daughter of Daleep and Sharuti (26) wife of Daljeet both residents of Chattisgarh at present Patoli Jammu were injured.
The duo was undergoing treatment at Govt Medical College Jammu and stated to be stable. "Meanwhile Raman Gupta (46) son of Jagdish Raj Gupta of Bharat Nagat Talab Tillo Jammu and Monika Devi (35) wife of Tek Ram resident of Chattisgarh at present Thahtar Bantalab Jammu were brought dead in same case i.e. wall collapse and bodies have been shifted to mortuary for postmortem", police said.
