Two people were injured as an Asda delivery van and a double decker bus crashed on a major road.
Merseyside Police rushed to East Lancashire Road at around 4.35pm on Wednesday, February 23, following reports of a crash.
Once officers arrived at the junction of Townsend Avenue in Norris Green they found a double decker 'Peoples Bus' and an Asda food delivery van had crashed.

Paramedics from the North West Ambulance Service were also called to the scene as two people suffered 'minor injuries' in the crash.
The front windscreen of the bus was completely smashed following the crash, with damage to the bumper. The Asda van had visible damage to the back.
While emergency services dealt with the incident, East Lancashire Road was partially closed heading into the city.
Police asked motorists to avoid the area as queues went all the way back to the North Liverpool Retail Park.
Officers are now appealing for CCTV and dashcam footage following the crash.
