Senior Sergeant John Harty said the bust, worth an estimated $240,000, was one of the most significant for Broome police in recent years.
"I would say it is right up there," he said.
Broome residents have grown increasingly alarmed about methylamphetamine use, with residents voicing their concerns to senior officers at a community forum last year.
Senior Sergeant Harty said he hoped the community felt reassured following the seizure.
"It is significant amount off the streets in Broome and it will make a difference," he said.
"We know that drug use can lead to violent offences like burglaries, stolen motor vehicles, as well as domestic violence so it can affect people in every aspect of daily life."
