Two hunters were arrested with parts of wild boars in Srinagarind Dam National Park in Si Sawat district of Kanchanaburi on Saturday night.
At 9.30pm officials on patrol spotted the headlights of two motorcycles riding out of the forest towards Pak Muang village in tambon Dan Mae Chalaeb, Thiti Somphi, chief of the park, said.
When officials signalled for them to stop, they sped past, hitting and slightly injuring one official. Officials pursued them and were able to arrest them.
