New images have been released to show how the £400 million Kirkstall Forge development could look after the next stage of its massive expansion.
Once complete, the new neighbourhood on the banks of the River Aire in west Leeds will feature more than 1,000 homes alongside dozens of new offices, shops, restaurants and cafés.
In recent years Kirkstall Forge has seen office buildings erected and even a brand new train station built - but these images reveal how it could look with the giant new office block.
Outline plans were initially unveiled last year, but detailed proposals and artist's impressions have been submitted by developers CEG to show two separate office blocks sitting either side of an 800-space multi-storey car park in the middle.
If given the green light, it would provide room for 200,000 sq ft of commercial space. Outdoor spaces and balconies have also been incorporated into the design.
The new buildings have been designed by Cooper Cromar architects.
Architect Graham Forsyth said: "Agile, flexible space will be provided for businesses large and small.
"A bold, contemporary building, we have worked hard with the team to ensure we use the latest technological advances to ensure it is even sustainable, efficient, productive, healthy, future-proofed and digitally resilient than the first phase."
