Two groups of men involved in 'disagreement' outside Tesco petrol station - police are appealing for witnesses

Police are appealing for witnesses after two groups of men were involved in a 'disagreement' outside a Tesco petrol station.

The incident happened outside the garage on Huddersfield Road in Oldham at around 12.40pm yesterday (Wednesday).

Two groups of men, who were in two different cars, had a disagreement at the scene, police said.

Officers are now appealing for any witnesses of the 'disturbance' to come forward.

Detective Inspector Damian Threader, of Oldham CID, said: "There appears to have been a disturbance outside the Tesco petrol station between the occupants of two vehicles and we are appealing for witnesses - anyone who may have seen anything or anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage.

"Anyone with information should call police on 0161 856 8962 or 9080 quoting incident 1343 of 21/7/21."

Information can also be reported online or by using the Live Chat function at www.gmp.police.uk.

If you can't report online, call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
