Police have launched a search for two teenagers reported missing from Springburn.
16-year-olds Omar Ali and Essa Saleh were last seen on Wednesday and it's believed they may be with each other.
Officers have issued descriptions of both boys as they appeal to the public for information as to their whereabouts.
A post shared on the Greater Glasgow Police Divison Facebook page this afternoon advised: " Police in Glasgow are appealing for information in relation to two teenagers reported missing in the Springburn area of the city.
"Omar Ali and Essa Saleh, both 16, were last seen on Wednesday, 20 January, 2021. Omar was last seen around 11.15am and Essa around 5.05pm and it is believed they may be in each other's company.
"Omar (pictured) was last known to be wearing a grey puffer jacket and blue tracksuit bottoms. He was wearing a blue face mask and carrying a red rucksack. He is described as being black with black curly hair.
"He is a Nigerian national and speaks limited English.
"Essa was last known to wearing a blue puffer jacket, dark coloured top, black trousers with a white stripe down the side as seen in the CCTV image.
"He was carrying a black carrier bag.
"He is a Chad national and also speaks limited English.
"Anyone with information can call 101. Please use incident number 2071 of 20 January for Omar Ali and 2414 of 20 January for Essa Saleh."
