Two girls found safe and well after going missing in Clondalkin, west Dublin

Gardai thanked the public after two girls who went missing in Dublin were found safe and well.

Demi Lee Dwyer, 13, and Jane Duffy, 12, were missing from the Clondalkin area since Thursday.

A spokesperson said: "Gardaí in Clondalkin wish to thank the public for their assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Demi Lee Dwyer and Jane Duffy. Both were located safe and well."

Demi Lee has been described as being four feet and eight inches tall, of a slim build and has brown hair. 

While Jane is said to be five feet and two inches in height, of an athletic build and has long brown hair.

A spokesman said: "Gardaí in Clondalkin are appealing to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Demi Lee Dwyer, 13 years, and Jane Duffy, 12 years, who have been missing from the Clondalkin area since Thursday 19th September 2019.

"Demi Lee is described as being 4 ft 8 inches in height, of slight build, with long brown hair and brown eyes. When last seen she was wearing a green top, green leggings and had a white, blue and pink backpack.

"Jane is described as being 5 ft 2 inches in height, of athletic build with long brown hair."
