Two foreign men, a Swede and a Briton, fell to their deaths in Pattaya about half an hour away from each other early Sunday.
The police have yet to conclude whether the cases were suicide.
In the first incident, police received a report about a foreign man falling to his death at a hotel on Pattaya Sai 3 Road. The man was identified as Jack Ingemar Reffhood, 60, from Sweden.
A security guard said he saw something falling from the third floor. He heard the sound of the impact a few seconds later.
No signs of struggle were found inside Room No 309 from which the Swede fell, said police.
Police were alerted to a second fall at about 2.30am. The second hotel is on Soi Bua Khao in central Pattaya.
The body was identified as that of Martin Upton, a 69-year-old British man who was believed to have jumped from Room No 408 on the fourth floor.
A woman at the hotel told police she heard someone crying in pain for help.
With the aid of a torch she found the man on the ground, injured and crying in pain. He was taken to hospital but died there later from his injuries.
