It is being reported that TWO flights were forced to divert to Dublin Airport due to medical emergencies on board in the past 12 hours.
Air France flight AF348 was diverted to the capital just before 9pm on Friday night after taking off from Paris at 7:45pm scheduled for Montreal.
As well as this, United Airlines flight UA46 diverted to Dublin Airport this morning touching down just before 9am.
The flight left Houston, Texas on Friday evening at 7:06pm and was headed for Frankfurt.
Both flights landed safely and the respective airlines have been contacted by Dublin Live for further information.
A spokesman for United Airlines said: " United flight 46 (Houston-Frankfurt) diverted to Dublin Airport today, due to a customer becoming unwell. Medical personnel met the aircraft on arrival."
He added: The aircraft has since departed Dublin today at 10:15 a.m. for Frankfurt."
