Two Dolphins added to the team’s Thursday injury report

The Miami Dolphins held a walkthrough for their second practice of the week on Thursday in preparation for their Week 15 meeting with the New York Jets.

Due to practice being a walkthrough, all levels of participation were estimations from the team.

While wide receiver DeVante Parker (veteran rest) came off the injury report, safety Clayton Fejedelem (ankle) and left guard Austin Jackson (illness) were added. The two joined safety Brandon Jones (ankle/elbow), tight end Adam Shaheen (knee), and tight end Hunter Long (illness) as limited participants on Thursday.

Long’s limited participation was an upgrade from Wednesday when he was not able to take part in practice.

The Dolphins also had three players listed as full participants, including center Michael Deiter (quad/foot), tight end Cethan Carter (thumb), and cornerback Trill Williams (hamstring).

With Miami dealing with six players on the reserve/COVID list, they will need as many of these guys to be healthy as possible for this Sunday’s game.
