A free two-day BBQ and Whiskey Bonanza is back for a third year in June.
Bison Bar & BBQ and Jameson Black Barrel will be hosting the festival across Dublin’s original BBQ restaurant, Bison Bar & BBQ, and The Workman’s Club this June 9 and 10. There will be some BBQ action, cooking workshops, whiskey experiences, live music, comedy shows, games and competitions.
There will also be a tattoo pop-up, caricature drawings and Wheel of fortune. Limited edition tasting plates of their signature Bison dishes will be available, from pulled pork and marinated BBQ halloumi to succulent brisket.

Bison Fest will be hosted by celeb chief Adam Purnell a.k.a. Shropshire Lad who has appeared on the Netflix show 'Crazy Delicious' and MasterChef the Professionals. Adam will be hosting a live cooking demonstration, sharing his unique BBQ cooking techniques.
Some of Ireland's finest up and coming DJ’s will get the party started upstairs on the Workman’s terrace from early on, while acts like Dublin City Rounders and The Shadow Shakers will be playing over the weekend in Bison.
The event organisers have said that while the attendance is totally free, the first 100 people to register online in advance will get a complimentary Bison Buck worth €10, redeemable against a Jameson cocktail or a Bison Bite food item all festival long.
