Drivers are facing major delays after a collision on the M74 this afternoon.
The incident occurred at about 4pm on the M74 northbound between J12 Poneil and J11 Millbank.
Emergency services remain at the scene and traffic being diverted off J13 northbound.
Road users are advised to use an alternative route amid reports that drivers travelling on the northbound carriageway could face hour-long delays.
It is not known if there are any injuries.
Traffic Scotland tweeted: "NEW ⌚️16:10. M74 N/B #J12 Poneil to #J11 Millbank currently restricted due to a RTC.
"Emergency services are on scene."
Traffic is being diverted off the A/M74 at Junction 13 following a second collision - with the northbound road closed.
The wet conditions have been wreaking havoc on Glasgow roads, with a number of crashes occurring.

A yellow weather warning for rain was in place until 3pm today and drivers are being urged to take extra care on the roads.
