Thought Quarter, who are based in the Fibre Hub in Pool, said the deals added to“significant” growth of its operations it has seen over the past year.

Founder and managing director Sam Armondi, said: “We’re thrilled to have finalised this acquisition and are already having some fantastic conversations with the transferred clients”.

“We have a great relationship with the team at Tanist and will continue to work with them to ensure both their existing and new clients benefit from this transition. We’re excited to help them level-up”.

The firm’s people and culture director, Allanah Armondi said it was “on a journey to employee ownership” and was looking to create jobs as part of “ambitious” plans for further growth.
