Two children were rushed to hospital after a crash in Hulme.
Emergency services were called to the collision on Greenheys Lane West, off Princess Parkway, at around 8pm on Monday (August 18).
The North West Ambulance Service said they attended at the scene with three ambulances and a rapid response vehicle.
A spokesperson confirmed that three people were taken to hospital from the scene - one to the Manchester Royal Infirmary, and two to the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.
In a statement, the spokesperson said: "We were called to a road traffic collision on Greenheys Lane West at around 8pm.
"We sent three ambulances and a rapid response vehicle.
"We have taken three patients to hospital.
"One was taken to the Royal Infirmary and two to the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital."
The M.E.N has contacted Greater Manchester Police for further details.
Images taken at the scene show a number of police vehicles and ambulances outside the entrance for Asda.
The road was blocked off for around an hour before being reopened.
