An investigation has been launched after a number of shots were fired at the front door of a Dublin home.
Four people including two children are understood to have been in the house in Cabra, north Dublin last night when the scary incident unfolded.
The bullets were blasted at the house at around 11.45pm last night on St Attracta Road.
Thankfully, there were no reports of any injuries.
The scene remains cordoned off this morning as gardai carry out a forensic examination.
A garda spokeswoman said: "Gardaí are investigating an incident at a house in Cabra. Shots were allegedly fired at a house on Attracta Rd, Cabra, D7 on the 22 September 2019 at approximately 11.45pm.
"Four occupants were in the house at the time. No injuries were reported and investigations are ongoing."
