Two men have been arrested and charged after an alleged serious assault on a Glasgow street.
We told yesterday how cops raced to Maryhill Road following a disturbance and a head-on smash.
Dramatic pictures showed the collision between the car and van on the street.
The crash followed the disturbance in the area with two men now arrested in connection.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said the pair would appear in court at a later date.
She said "Two men aged 36 and 37 have been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged serious assault.
"They have both been released from custody to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date.
"A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
