The bodies of two people have been found at a property in Fife .
Emergency services were called to the scene in Links Place, Elie in the East Neuk of Fife just after 5pm on Monday evening.
It came amid reports of a "concern about the occupant".
Officers later made the distressing find - discovering the bodies of a man and woman.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said the deaths were being treated as unexplained with inquiries were continuing.
