You also get a "bathroom with shower overhead" and a "small patio".
Oh, and a private swimming pool.
"The basement of the split level apartment comprises luxury private swimming pool, sauna, shower, seating area with folding glass doors, kitchenette, and w/c," the description reads.
The cost? A cool £1,000,000.
It's reached from a "spiral staircase" from the living room, and lit by transparent ceiling meaning, yes, a large section of the living room floor is effectively a window onto the pool.
The property description for the home within a few minutes walk of two tube stops describes is as a "one of a kind" and on Twitter, people couldn't agree more.
Alice Beverton-Palmer wrote: "A two-bed flat in Holloway with a SWIMMING POOL is indeed ** one of A kind!"
She added: "None of it makes any sense! There’s also an sitting room above with chairs arranged round a window that looks down on the pool."
Cass replied: "It's got a whiff of Bond villain lair about it, like that's where they'd suspend you over the sharks whilst telling you about their evil plot."
"I genuinely couldn't speak when I saw it, couldn't put words together to process what I'd seen," Alice said.
Eliza wrote: "Do they have a floor plan I’m baffled???"
Alice replied: "There's no floorplan, it's killing me."
But one thought he had an idea of how it might have happened, writing: "This is exactly what I would have come up with if someone had asked me to draw my dream home at age 8."
