Two teenage girls have been seriously injured after a bus collided with their car on Victoria's Great Ocean Road.
The bus, believed to be carrying 11 passengers, collided with the Holden Commodore sedan at Separation Creek on Wednesday morning.
Police said the bus driver suffered a suspected medical condition and was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
The car's two occupants, both teenage girls, were airlifted to hospital in separate ambulance helicopters with serious injuries.
One has been flown to The Royal Children's Hospital and the other to The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Ambulance Victoria said a total of six people were assessed at the scene, with three more patients expected to be transferred to hospital by road.
The Great Ocean Road has been closed between Lorne and Wye River and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
