Two serious accidents have closed Ayr roads this evening.
The first smash has closed the Holmston Roundabout in both directions on the approach to town.
The crash involved three vehicles and emergency services are on scene.
In a separate smash, the A77 is closed both ways between Minishant and Maybole at the junction of the B742.
It follows a crash between a bus and a car.
Again, emergency services are on the scene.
Police have warned of heavy delays at both sites and advised drivers to take alternative routes if possible.
