Two men have been arrested after an alleged fight outside of a Liverpool pub.
Merseyside police were called to reports of a fight breaking out on Wavertree High Street, outside the Cock and Bottle pub yesterday (Monday). Officers attended at around 6.30pm and arrested two men.
Patrols took a 41-year-old man, from Liverpool, into custody and arrested him on suspicion of affray. A 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.

The 41-year-old remains in police custody. But a police spokesperson said the 44-year-old man has been dealt with by way of 'community resolution'.
CCTV and witness enquiries into the incident remain ongoing and anyone with any information is asked to contact police.
