Two people have been arrested over an ongoing probe into accommodation fraud in south Dublin.
Gardai and detectives from Blackrock worked with officers from Raheny garda station this morning to search two different houses in the Dublin 13 area. During the searches, officers seized a sum of cash, mobile phones and a number of documents.
One man, aged 30, and one woman, aged 24, were arrested this morning as part of the operation. They are currently being held at Blackrock garda station. under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
A garda spokeswoman said: "Investigations are ongoing."
