Two young men have been arrested after a long-awaited new secondary school in Tallaght was thrashed by heartless vandals before it has officially opened.
Kingswood Community College's permanent school building is set to open in September 2019.
The school officially opened in temporary buildings in 2016 after a decades long campaign by locals.
On Saturday evening, the permanent building was overhauled by thugs who caused extensive damage, including smashing several windows.
