Suhana Kha,n who is all set to make her Bollywood debut in Zoya Akhtar's 'The Archies', shared pictures of a journal dad Shah Rukh Khan gifted her. Sharing a series of pictures of the diary, she wrote, "Tuesday Inspiration".
As soon as the star kid shared the photos online, dad SRK took to the comments and wrote, "Everything I don't know of acting I have put it there for you to learn and teach me back, little one."
The sweet post and SRK's reply melted hearts of fans and friends alike. While Shweta Bachchan thought the gift was 'Incredible', Maheep Kapoor had only love for the two. Fans also flooded the comments section with heart emoticons and even took to Twitter to gush over the father-daughter duo.
A Twitter user went a step further and found a throwback video that saw SRK opening up about writing the diary, especially for his daughter. The video was from back in the day when Shah Rukh was a guest on Anupam Kher's chat show.
On the show, he revealed details about the special book and said, "I have decided that no one else listens to me. My daughter is young, so as a form of respect she will read the book which I am writing for her. Whenever something comes in my heart about acting."
When Kher asked if the book is for Suhana, SRK said, "Yes, only for her."
He went on to explain, "I am writing my personal experiences in short 3-4 lines. I feel like writing it for her because I need to tell someone how I act. When I try to talk about it to my co-stars, they avoid that (conversation). So I want my daughter to read that book and learn from it."
When asked about a title for the book, he said, "To Suhana, about acting. From Papa."
Interestingly, that's exactly what Shah Rukh titled the journal and fans got a peek at it when Suhana shared photos of the first few pages.
Suhana, on Monday, announced the wrap of her upcoming movie 'The Archies'. The film is the Indian adaptation of the iconic comics 'The Archies' and will be released on Netflix.
The film is a coming-of-age story that will introduce the teenagers of Riverdale to a new generation in India.
It marks the acting debut of Suhana, Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda and Sridevi-Boney Kapoor's daughter Khushi Kapoor. The release date of the film has not yet been disclosed.
Meanwhile, SRK is busy promoting director Siddharth Anand's next action thriller film 'Pathaan' alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The film that is currently mired in controversy, is all set to hit theatres on January 25, 2023.
Apart from this, Shah Rukh will be also seen in south director Atlee's upcoming action thriller film 'Jawan' and director Rajkumar Hirani's next film 'Dunki' opposite Taapsee Pannu.
