Twitter recap of Broncos’ 27-16 loss to Packers

The Denver Broncos continued their winless season with a 27-16 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday afternoon. The Broncos offensive line was porous, allowing six sacks against quarterback Joe Flacco. The defense was also ineffective by not creating any turnovers.

Here is a Twitter recap of the game.

The Packers began the game with an early lead.

But the Broncos bounced back with a 60-yard kickoff return by Diontae Spencer.

Like last week’s game against the Chicago Bears, the Broncos were shortchanged points by bad NFL officiating.

It appears that defensive tackle Derek Wolfe was hit by a teammate, injuring his ankle.

The Broncos had the initial possession during the second half, but tight end Noah Fant fumbled in Denver territory, allowing the Packers to score again.

The Packers followed up with a touchdown.

Offensive guard Dalton Risner threw Lindsay the last yard over the goal line.

The offensive line provided poor coverage of Flacco throughout the game.

Broncos coach Vic Fangio said that the team must play consistently better.

The Broncos next play at home against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
