Zhang Weili successfully defended her UFC title for the first time on Saturday when she defeated Joanna Jedrzejczyk in the UFC 248 co-main event.
Weili (21-1 MMA, 5-0 UFC) extended her ridiculous winning streak to 21 consecutive fights with a split decision victory over Jedrzejczyk (16-4 MMA, 10-4 UFC) to retain the strawweight title in the co-headliner matchup, which took place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and aired on pay-per-view.
