Valentina Shevchenko kept her stranglehold on the women’s flyweight title on Saturday when she defended her title against Liz Carmouche in the UFC on ESPN+ 14 headliner.

Shevchenko (18-3 MMA, 7-2 UFC) earned her second consecutive defense of the belt with a unanimous decision victory over Carmouche (14-7 MMA, 5-5 UFC), avenging the first loss of her career in the main event bout at Antel Arena in Montevideo, Uruguay.
