The Georgia men’s basketball program added yet another highly ranked prospect on Monday in point guard Sahvir Wheeler.
The 5’8″ No. 94 overall player in the nation is the fifth Top 100 player to commit to the Bulldogs for 2019. Georgia now ranks No. 7 in the nation for basketball recruiting per 247 Sports.
After Wheeler’s announcement, Bulldog fans took to Twitter to celebrate the news with Georgia set to land one of its highest-ranked classes in program history.

Six new players have signed to play for the Bulldogs next season. As of now, UGA has one scholarship available for the 2019-20 season. There could be eight new faces if Nic Claxton decides to stay in the NBA Draft.
