Twitter reacts to the Jets drafting Alabama DT Quinnen Williams

The Jets got one of the top players on their draft board in Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams.

Williams played two seasons at the University of Alabama and was an absolute stud. In those two seasons, the 6-foot-4, 289-pound lineman recorded 91 total tackles (26 for a loss), and 10 sacks. He was an All-American in 2018 and named First-Team All-SEC as well.

The 21-year-old defensive lineman will now join a defensive line consisting of Leonard Williams, Henry Anderson, and Steve McLendon. This group underachieved last season. Williams is expected to open things up more and hopefully create havoc on the opposing quarterback.

Let’s see how Twitter reacted to Jets selecting Williams with the No. 3 overall pick.
