Twitter reacts to Rams’ loss to Steelers, fans call out Goff and McVay

Everything pointed to the Rams marching into Pittsburgh and coming away with a win over the Steelers. The vast majority of experts picked the Rams to win, the oddsmakers had them as 3.5-point favorites and two key starters on offense – Ramon Foster and James Conner – were out with injuries.

Yet, the Rams fell apart on offense and left the Steel City with an embarrassing 17-12 loss. The offense scored three points compared to nine by the defense, and Jared Goff committed three turnovers, each one as costly as the last.

Rams fans were stunned by the result and took to Twitter afterwards, voicing their opinions on the loss. Here’s how Twitter reacted to the loss.

Try to remain optimistic because the season isn’t over. It was an overwhelmingly poor performance from the offense coming off of a bye week. McVay was outcoached by a HOF’er.

1000% focus is now on the offensive line and the guy they’re protecting. Playcalling depends on it.

Gurley’s knee looks fine to me. Is it McVay? The offensive line? Goff?

This one serves notice that league has caught up with McVay coaching style. Goff looks atrocious due to plays taking too long to develop. Bad O-line is problem but can be overcome with good play calling. Brady hasn't always had the best line.
