Gilbert Burns rebounded from his title-fight loss to Kamaru Usman on Saturday when he beat Stephen Thompson in the UFC 264 co-main event.
Burns (20-4 MMA, 13-4 UFC) proved he’s still among the top welterweight contenders when he earned a unanimous decision victory over Thompson (16-5-1 MMA, 11-5-1 UFC) in the pay-per-view co-headliner at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
