Twitter reacts to ex-Charger Jahleel Addae’s release

In an unexpected, but necessary move, the Chargers released safety Jahleel Addae on Saturday.

The decision came as a shock to many, as Addae was a player that was thought to remain on the team, given the fact that general manager Tom Telesco and coach Anthony Lynn valued his toughness and presence in the locker room.

But ultimately Los Angeles decided that his contributions on the field were not worth keeping around much longer, which many supporters of the team can agree on.

Eager to have heard that Addae was released from the Bolts, Chargers fans took it to Twitter to let their reactions out.

There were mainly tweets of joy, knowing that arguably one of the worst performers in 2018 was gone. But many paid their homage to the 28-year old safety.
