Twitter reacts to Chargers’ selection of DT Jerry Tillery

With the No. 28 overall selection of the 2019 NFL draft, the Chargers selected former Notre Dame defensive tackle Jerry Tillery.

Prior to the pick, it was a mixed bag when many would see Tillery being mocked to Los Angeles. But when it actually became a reality, the majority of supporters were sold on the selection, knowing that the team got a great player in the trenches.

Really like the Jerry Tillery pick. The ND DT is a bully at the LOS with a bull in a china shop game. He long and physical with very good movement skills. He’s a nice fit in the @Chargers defensive scheme
