Anthony Smith got a much-needed victory for his career on Saturday when he beat Devin Clark in the UFC on ESPN 18 headliner.

After a two-fight skid, former light heavyweight title challenger Smith (33-16 MMA, 9-6 UFC) got back in the win column with a first-round submission victory over Clark (12-5 MMA, 6-5 UFC) in the main event matchup, which took place at UFC Apex in Las Vegas.
