Twitter reacts as Todd Gurley comes back to Georgia to play for the Falcons

If you’re someone who is both a Falcon and Georgia Bulldog fan, your Friday is off to a great start.

What could be better than your favorite NFL team signing one of the most beloved guys in the history of your college program?

That’s what happened on Friday when the Falcons announced that they had signed former UGA and LA Rams running back Todd Gurley.

This move comes after years of frustration from Georgia fans, who have long wanted the Falcons to show some love to the in-state Bulldogs.

That frustration can be put to rest now.

Todd’s coming home back to Georgia, where he became the school’s fourth all-time leading rusher with 3,285 rushing yards between 2012-14.
