Alabama DB Jordan Battle has been ejected from Monday’s College Football Championship for a targeting penalty on Ohio State’s Jeremy Ruckert.
The play set the Buckeyes up with a first-and-goal but they only got a field goal out of it to close within 21-17.

They have to figure out another way to penalize targeting in college ,… I don’t think Ejection is the answer (especially when it’s not intentional)
