Talented defensive lineman Tyre West has committed to the University of Georgia football program. West is rated as a four-star and plays high school football for Tift County in Tifton, Georgia.
West is a member of the class of 2022. The Tift County junior is the ranked as a top five defensive tackle in the country and a top five prospect in the state of Georgia.
The four-star defensive lineman has relentless pursuit and a powerful pass rush. He joins five-star athlete Deyon Bouie, four-star linebacker C.J. Washington, and four-star defensive back Marquis Groves-Killebrew as members of the class of 2022 to commit to the Georgia Bulldogs. Each commitment is an in-state prospect. Kirby Smart is doing a great job of locking down some of the top high school talent in Georgia.
