Twitter loved watching Bucks fan buy Danica Patrick a drink while she sat next to Aaron Rodgers

If you’re a fan of Wisconsin sports, motor sports or general athlete gossip, you probably know by now that Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and retired NASCAR and IndyCar driver Danica Patrick are dating. And they have been since at least January 2018.

Rodgers bought into the Milwaukee Bucks ownership group last year, and he and Patrick are often seen at games together, especially now with the team making a strong NBA playoff run.

And while they were at the Bucks’ 116-91 victory over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday, they caught the attention of fans everywhere.

There’s almost certainly more to this story, but from what we can tell, Danica was buying a drink for herself and a friend from her seat with the help of a guy in the row behind her. But when she went to hand him some cash for the beverages, he refused to take it and presumably bought her a drink.

The best part? Rodgers was sitting right there and — like a man who is not insecure, does not have jealousy issues and doesn’t view his girlfriend as his possession — does not seem to care one bit.

Good for him, good for Danica and good for the dude behind them who might have just been shooting his shot, despite Rodgers sitting right in front of him.

Whatever the full story is here, NBA fans and people on Twitter don’t care. They still loved every second of this.
