Users worldwide have been reporting that they haven't been able to send tweets since around 9pm this evening.
Those using the app will still see tweets on their feeds, however only scheduled ones timed earlier in the day are posting.
According to Downdetector.co.uk, users have been reporting problems with the app all over the world.
