Thousands of users have reported issues with Twitter.
According to DownDetector, over 1800 people have logged issues with the social networking site since 4pm.
Users have taken to the social media platform to report problems with their timeline loading and viewing tweet replies.

Shiina said: "Is Twitter partly down for anyone else? My timeline isn't loading completely anymore"
Fin added: "Twitter is down, I cant view replies of tweets or see profiles, horrible."
@Whatevermind2 commented : "Seems tweets are loading but replies and other timelines not appearing. @TwitterSupport what's happening?"
Charles posted: "Is #Twitterdown now? It is partially down, with most tweets showing an error. Is this Tweet visible to you? Are you able to reply? PS: Had to try a dozen times to Tweet this!"
The social media platform experienced an outage just under a week ago.
More than 12,000 users logged issues on Downdetector in the UK alone on February 11.
