Twitter and Tweetdeck is down across Scotland this morning.
Users of the social media platform have been reporting outages in Europe, Japan and the west coast of the , according to .
As a result of the outage people are unable to post pictures, , view or even log in to the site.
It is not known at this stage the reason for the website being down.
A tweet from the Twitter Support account read: "We've been experiencing outages across Twitter and TweetDeck.
"You might have had trouble Tweeting, getting notifications, or viewing DMs.
"We're currently working on a fix, and should be back to normal soon."
