This is the hilarious moment a father revealed his clean-shaven face for the first time to his twin babies.
The tots had never seen their dad Jonathan Normoyle without his facial hair - and they made sure their feelings about his new look were very clear.
The video begins with one of the girls staring dubiously at their dad as he smiles at the pair sitting in front of him.
He finally captures the attention of both for a second but one of the girls looks for reassurance from the person filming - probably for some reassurance.
In a bid to placate the duo, who clearly aren't totally at ease, the newly shaven dad tries to speak to the pair but they're having none of it.
Clearly convinced that their dad has been absorbed by a man with no facial hair, one of the tots begins to cry.
As Jonathan reaches in to comfort the little one, her sister stretches an arm out protectively, in a bid to stop her from being picked out.
Hilariously, the dad can be seen breaking into laughter as he tries to persuade his children that he really is their dad.
In the caption of the video, he explained: "I shaved for the first time in a while and my girls did not like it."
The viral video has been viewed more than nine million times since being shared across social media.
Luckily, the tale has a happy ending - as Jonathan shared another video featuring one of his children sat on his shoulders a few days later.
In that video, he has a lot more stubble, so perhaps the duo was left feeling relaxed once it reappeared.
People were left in stitches by the video - which went viral on TikTok and Twitter.
