Twenty-two more people have died in Greater Manchester's hospitals after contracting coronavirus.
The region's deaths toll has now reached 2, 479.
Seven more lives were lost to the virus at Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, the organisation in charge of the Royal Oldham, Rochdale Infirmary and Fairfield General in Bury.
Five more patients died at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust.
Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust recorded four more coronavirus deaths and the Royal Bolton three.
Two more deaths were recorded at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and one more at Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Nationally, a further 94 people, who tested positive for coronavirus have died, bringing the total number of confirmed deaths in hospitals in England to 31,275.
Patients were aged between 49 and 97 years old, NHS England said.
All but one patient (aged 71) had known underlying health conditions.

Each the day the NHS gives an update on coronavirus related fatalities recorded by hospitals trusts in England during the previous 24 hour period.
These are cases where a patient has tested positive or Covid-19 was mentioned on their death certificate.
The data does not include deaths in care homes or other community settings.
