Furthermore in order to rescue the licensing costs TVSE aikya is built using open-source tools and offers real-time performance monitoring with business-aligned metrics. The platform is supported by a dedicated IMS Capability Center in Chennai and backed by TVSE’s Tumakuru manufacturing facility and nationwide service infrastructure.
According to TVS Electronics, its advantage lies in combining managed services with industrial-scale hardware support. The company already serves over 200,000 customers per month and provides same-day POS support across 90% of India’s districts through its “No Store Left Behind” initiative.
