Tragic TV star Emily Hartridge was killed in what's believed to be Britain's first ever fatal electric scooter crash.
The popular YouTuber died on Friday morning in a traffic accident in London aged just 35.
It's now been confirmed she was riding her electric scooter through South London when her vehicle collided with a lorry.
The accident happened less than half a mile away from her home in Battersea at a busy roundabout
Paramedics battled to have her, but Emily was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which happened at around 8:30am.
The accident is believed to be the first time an electric scooter has been involved in a fatal road collision.
Police are now appealing for anyone with information about the accident to come forward.
A statement from the Met Police reads: "Police were called at 08:36hrs on Friday, 12 July to reports of an electric scooter being in collision with a lorry at Queenstown Road, junction with Battersea Park Road SW8.
"Officers and London Ambulance Service attended. A woman in her 30s had suffered serious injuries and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene...
"At this early stage there have been no arrests.
"Anyone who witnessed this incident, or has any dash cam footage is asked to call police on 101 quoting CAD 1979/12 June or Tweet @MetCC."
A statement from Emily's family which was posted on Instagram read: "Hi everyone. This is a horrible thing to have to say over Instagram but we know many of you were expecting to see Emily today and this is the only way to contact you all at once.
"Emily was involved in an accident yesterday and passed away. We all loved her to bits and she will never be forgotten.
"She has touched so many lives it's hard to imagine things without her. She was a very special person xxx."
