TV singing sensations set for special Ayrshire show

A top trio of Scottish acts are heading to Irvine’s Volunteer Rooms next Friday, September 27.

Following on from 11:11 events ‘Face the Music’ concert success in June, owner Scott Haddow has secured X Factor star Nicholas McDonald, All Together Now singer Laura B and up-and-comer Billy Reekie.

Scott said: “It’s going to be an unforgettable evening of live music. I’m so excited to announce the headliners for the second ‘Face the Music’ concert.

“Laura B is an immense talent who has had over 800,000 views on YouTube for her ‘All Together Now’ TV show appearance; which Spice Girl Geri Halliwell said was a’ breath of fresh air’.

“I’m glad the singer is coming along again to the Volunteer Rooms since she is busy gearing up to release her first single soon.

“Alongside Laura, we have X Factor 2013 runner-up Nicholas McDonald.

“The Glasgow singer/ songwriter was only 17-years-old when he got to the final of the show and only narrowly missed out to Sam Bailey.

“We also have a special guest performance from Billy Reekie.

“The Fife singer recently reached number 22 in the UK iTunes download charts with debut single, ‘Don’t Come Around’.”

Supporting on the evening are local acts Laura- Lee McClelland and Jack McLuckie.

The event is strictly 18+. Tickets can be bought for £8 here or will be £10 at the door.

The show starts at 8pm.
