Liverpool has become a hotspot for film and TV crews looking to shoot their latest productions and this year is no different.
Filming came to a halt in the city in the first half of 2020 due to coronavirus restrictions, but changes to government guidelines mean upcoming projects have since been able to resume with strict safety measures in place.
The city centre has been a hive of filming activity in recent weeks, with the likes of BBC and Sky pitching up with their cast and crews.
Since the start of the year streets across Liverpool have been transformed into 1938 Germany and more recently London in the swinging 60s.
Some of the projects are currently under wraps with producers staying tight lipped about what they entail.
However, in some areas residents have received letters warning them of the upcoming filming that's taking place.
Here's all the TV projects happening in Liverpool now and in the coming weeks.
Sky's political drama COBRA

Filming for series 2 of Sky’s political drama COBRA is underway in the city centre and New Brighton.
Cast and crew members were pictured at Exchange Flags and around Liverpool's Town Hall this week.
On Wednesday, large film trucks were spotted outside Liverpool ONE and the Hilton Hotel.
The ECHO understands the trucks were also part of the filming for the series.

Meanwhile on Thursday, a crash scene for the series was set up on Marine Promenade in New Brighton.
Crews were pictured by the ECHO propping up a black Audi A2 beside an overturned Ford Ka.
COBRA is a Sky One original starring Robert Carlyle and Victoria Hamilton.

It follows the British Government and its COBRA committee - and how they deal with national emergencies.
Sky recently provided a synopsis of what is to come in season two with the ECHO.

A spokesperson said: "The lights may be back on, but the country’s troubles are far from over in series 2 of COBRA written by Ben Richards.
"In the aftermath of both solar and political storms, Prime Minister Robert Sutherland (Robert Carlyle) attempts to steer the country on a more even course.
"He is assisted, as ever, by his loyal Chief of Staff Anna Marshall (Victoria Hamilton), alongside a team of dedicated advisers.
"An assassination on British soil, however, unleashes a chain of events that threatens to develop into a crisis even more serious than the one from which the country has recently emerged.
"An invisible global enemy, not playing by the rules and operating outside national boundaries, appears to be bent on our destruction, leaving an entire country unsure as to who is friend and who is foe."
BBC Ridley Road

Liverpool was transformed into London in the swinging 60s earlier this month, as the city became the backdrop for a new BBC drama.
The series Ridley Road is adapted from the critically acclaimed novel by Jo Bloom and was announced by the BBC in 2019.
Vintage cars including an old fashioned London Bus and a 1960s Vauxhall Cresta were seen lining the streets near Liverpool's Town Hall as filming for the series got underway.
The upcoming thriller is set against a backdrop of the east end of London in the 1960s.
The show reimagines a world where far right fascism is on the rise in London in post-war Britain.
Filming is expected to take place all over the UK.
BBC's The Responder

A new BBC crime drama starring renowned actor Martin Freeman will begin filming on Lark Lane in February.
The six part series called 'The Responder', is written by ex-Merseyside police officer Tony Schumacher.
Based on Tony's real experiences on the job, Martin Freeman will play an officer on the beat in Liverpool, with each episode following him on a different night shift.
A letter from Dancing Ledge Productions and the BBC was sent to residents this week informing them about the upcoming filming.
According to the letter one of the first filming locations will be a Lark Lane convenience store and surrounding properties.
It reads: "The production is pencilling to film in the area with other surrounding properties. In light of the strange circumstances we are in, we thought it polite to advice you well in advance of our intention.
"Please be rest assured your safety if paramount when we look at our plans for filming. We will be working to very stringent National Industry Covid guidelines and procedures.
"This includes, but not limited to, daily health checks and surveillance, dedicated covid supervisors, medics on set, regular testing for cast, crew and background artists and maintaining 2m distance between ourselves and residents at all times."
The filming is set to take place between February 22 and March 22 for one or two days and members of the public are being asked not to attend the set due to the pandemic.
Peaky Blinders

Peaky Blinders was forced to stop filming over coronavirus fears back in March last year.
In an announcement on social media, producers said the show was to be postponed until a later date.
However, in an announcement on Monday, January 18, the BBC confirmed filming for season six of Peaky Blinders has begun.
However, the announcement also came with some sad news for fans as it was confirmed that season six will be the last in the series.
But creator and writer Steven Knight told Deadline that a film is in his plans, meaning the story will continue in another form.
Peaky Blinders has been shot in Liverpool since 2012, with filming locations including the Welsh Streets, the Tobacco warehouse at Stanley Dock, the State Ballroom on Dale Street and in Port Sunlight.
The sixth series, written by Knight, will conclude the saga of Cillian Murphy's troubled Tommy Shelby and his family's rise to power against the backdrop of industrial Birmingham.
